Speedo Worm Drive

Hey guys, looking for the worm gear that turns the speedo cable off the front hub gear within a 7” drum. In some of my searches I’ve heard mention of MotoGuzzi having drives that would be compatible? Unfortunately too. I am looking for a drum plate as well as mine is sadly cracked in multiple spots along the axle.
