Hi all,
after putting my frame to paint shop, i realized, that i did not found a frame number or sticker etc. . Im not sure if is possible to put the Duc to historic licence plate, but is there any possibility to decode something from engine number? Have you ever deal with it? I tried to do something via. local dealer ship, but the told me, without frame number, Ducati wont tell us anything.
I suppose that engine number was matched with frame number  Maybe i will be satisfied with a year of made.

Thank you

The frame number is usually the same as the engine number, but you won't find it stamped on the frame. You can but a sticker and number stamps on eBay. You won't get anything from Ducati either. This was 1960 Italy and Ducati had not gone through the financial turmoil of the 80's.

Get a stamp and make it the same as the engine number.

This is probably the most complete listing of VIN's you will find. https://bevelheaven.com/data-single.htm
