Hello,
I have just completed a restoration on a 1975 Mk3 250cc points model.
Its running fine but the ignition light is staying on. I believe this is right for this model and just shows there is power to the coil. Is this correct for this model please, or should it go off when charging?
Regards, John

I think it's normal, as ihat's how it was on my earlier widecase models.

The ignition light stays on all the time on my widecase bikes, I have fitted a lower wattage bulb in the bulb holders to stop the distraction of these always being on, especially at night.

George
