chrome plating UK ?

Any recommendations for chrome or nickel plating in Scotland or the UK?
The headlight shell on my bike is solid but a lot of rusty patches, a few other parts are the same so thinking to tidy it up a bit, maybe even just nickel plating as I don't want a sparkly machine.
I am trying to renovate rather than totally restore but I would like to protect it a bit better, happy to try out any diy methods if you know any.
