My first encounter with Ducati hairsprings, any removal tips?
looks like I will need to make a special tool for this, I have standard valve spring compressors and large G clamps I can modify.
Regards

Aye Scottish888,
Have you made a tool up yet?
Where abouts are you? Could maybe arrange a loan or sight of the one I made from a 12" G-clamp.
Regards, Bill

Hi Bill,
I am in Edinburgh, not made the tool yet.
Stripped the cams and rockers out last night to start on making template adaptor for the spring compressor I have.
If you were reasonably local that would be most helpful.
