Rear Fender Application Question

Postby gregwils » Mon Oct 01, 2018 12:44 pm

I tried searching, but wasn't able to answer this specific question. Does anyone know if the rear fender from a 125 Bronco would fit an early Monza? I know the Bronco had 16" rims, but based on appearances it looks like their is lots of room and I know the later square fenders are interchangeable between a Monza Jr and a Monza. Thanks in advance.

I think you will find that the Bronco rear fender is too narrow for a 250 Monza, although it would probably fit a Monza Junior 160.
The Bronco fender is only about 110mm wide in total, so once you get an 18 inch wheel and tyre fitted it would be a tight fit.
You may just get away with a 2.75 x 18 tyre, but it's still tight on clearance.

Thank you Jon. I appreciate the response. I'll search specifically for a 250 fender.
