Narrowcase front guard
A fellow enthusiast has sold me a guard for my 66/67 mark 3 NC, he said it was from a Mach1 and it will do fine. I am interested to find out what it started life on. The only unusual thing is it has a very narrow center bridge (about 25mm) which widens and bulges out at the fork fixing . I think its from an Elite or 175 silverstone, any idea?.

Re: Narrowcase front guard
Here you go Bob, This is the centre stay off my 1959 200SS, which I think would have been the same on the Elite and Silverstone. I removed it from the guard for blasting and painting.

Re: Narrowcase front guard
Hi Mate, well that eliminates one type!, mine has no impressed reinforcing and has bulges to bolt on the forks as it would be too narrow . Perhaps a 175 Silverstone?,I have also gained a blue /gold stripe widecase rear, a widecase stand and a pair of brake plate stays for a twin side sls brake.Offers?
