Can someone please tell me what type of sealing washers should be under the heads of the drain bolts. Mine is fitted with allen headed bolts and steel washers but the leak all of the time.
I am interested in the washers, fibre, aluminium, rubber, copper or whatever should be under the bolt heads.

Rubber: NO
Fiber: (YES)
Aluminum: YES
Copper: YES

I prefer bonded seals (steel/NBR) http://www.potterassoc.com/pdf/bonded_seal_information_and_sizing_chart.pdf. They can be reused several times. I use them on the banjo bolts, the oil filter/drain plug, etc. But i'm afraid they don't sell them for 6mm I.D.

cheers Hans

Edit: Just saw you are french. Maybe bonded seals manufactured by german Freudenberg Company are available in your country. Their name is "USIT Ringe"

Thanks, I will look around and see what I can find in this part of France.
Not French, but living here, English father, German mother, I am just a European.

There's USA made Stat-O-Seal that are as small as 5mm.
