Has the site been hacked?

When I dod a Google search for this site, my security software gives a warning that the site may have been hacked. Here is the actual message.

You'll see the message "This site may be hacked" when we believe a hacker might have changed some of the existing pages on the site or added new spam pages. If you visit the site, you could be redirected to spam or malware.

Now this just may be an anomaly brought about by some links that are now defunct or the Cooliris no longer working. But I thought I should mention it in case the moderator/owner was not aware.

Rob

HI Rob,

I'm fighting a losing battle with Google over this. To my thinking this "warning" is unfounded and is just Google's high pressure tactic to infiltrate the site themselves.

To fix this Google has about a hundred hoops they want you to jump through including adding some cryptic html code supplied by them into the site. It makes me wonder if their code is not itself spyware for their commercial gain.

We have a forum free of advertising and I intend to keep it that way and to keep your personal information out of the hands of search engines that want to sell you crap.

The forum software is continually updated by phpbb and runs probably tens of thousands of forums.

I am not willing to kiss Google's keister.

Thanks Jim. Fully understand. I feel the same way about the Win 10 upgrade they keep trying to push down my throat.

The threat that the free offer expires on July 29th was music to my ears.

Rob
