That looks really sharp,
It'll really turn some heads going up the street!
If you don't mind my asking, did you paint the tank, and if so, how did you treat the paint and chrome situation?

It's a beautiful example. We are anxious for you to get it on the street and have fun with it.
Be careful, I started with a few BMWs and the unfounded notion that they were the best out there, but after riding my Ducati single all the BMWs eventually got sold off and now I have three Ducatis along with another Italian here and there.

Hi Bruce the tank was like that when I bought the bike. Probably one of its best features. The rest needed quite a bit of unpicking the previous attempt to get it on the road.

Hi Jim thanks for the comment. I do about 15k per year on the BMW so I will prob hang on to it for now
