Hello,

I'm rebuilding the front forks on my narrow case 250.
Anyone know if the inserts where the seals sit are replaceable(see photo)
They look beat up.

Also, what fork fluid should I be using?

Ok I think that metal insert is part of the fork seal.
Should I replace the seals with the same type (metal housing) or fully rubberized type?
