Re: 4 terminal ignition switch
dont know if its the one your after but theres one listed on ebay atmo (not mine its in wisconsin) very strong money tho dont know the situation with posting links but this is the title if thats allowed ? NOS KEY SWITCH APRILIA DUCATI BEVEL DESMO 160 250 350 450 AERMACCHI BENELLI.
another option if youre inclined, ive bought a cheap reproduction 2 pole switch which i should be able to modify to function as a four pole but not got round to it yet so couldnt give instruction.

" dont know if its the one your after but theres one listed on ebay "
____ In indicated accordance with his post-statement's particular request, that eBay-listed item is-not a stock 'Monza-type' key-switch,, but-however, that particular 160-type key-switch is indeed the exact type of closed/OPEN \ open/CLOSED dual-circuit double-switch that Robert actually needs to work with his Electrix-ign.system !
" very strong money tho "
____ Indeed so ! _ So-thus it's 139-buck price is very uncompetitive with any 'circuit-relay' alternative.
" dont know the situation with posting links "
____ It's a fairly simple matter of drag & dropping the web-address over-onto your posting-page ! _ Just as I've done with the following link...
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-KEY-SWITCH- ... cc&vxp=mtr
If you don't happen to have two separate browser-pages open to perform such a direct drag&drop action,, then after highlighting the target web-address (on it's web-page), rather drag&drop it over-onto a WordPad-page... then after you get your browser-page reset over-to your posting-page, highlight the web-address temporarily-saved on the WordPad-page and drag&drop it over-to your posting-page. _ (Should be a cinch for any PC.user !)
" this is the title if thats allowed ? "
____ It was pretty-nice of you to bother yourself with coping that entire 12-word title, but it would've been easier for you and any eBay-searcher to merely copy just the eBay-listing's 12-digit listing-number instead !
" ive bought a cheap reproduction 2 pole switch which i should be able to modify to function as a four pole but not got round to it yet "
____ How about we next discuss your supposed need for actually needing to really go-through with such modification !?
What is your ordinary std.type On/Off-switch expected to handle exactly ?
Hopeful-Cheers,
-Bob

____ That NOS.switch has been priced for some restorer-type who must have original-equipment, bar any cost !
__ It ought-to be possible to acquire a similar key-switch (made for any moped, etc. which happens to use a magneto-type ign.system), for under 20-bucks.
__ Or, as I've already suggested within your other thread,, you might possibly rather make-use of a relay-unit such as the likes-of the example found on eBay at this link... http://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-SPST-40-amp ... cb&vxp=mtr
" Im not sure if this will work?
ignition-switch-4-position. It doesn't really give a description "
____ The common-type key-switch found at your link is merely a std.auto-type 3-circuit switch, with On/OFF/On;On/Off;On;On switch-circuit positions, (that's technically A-closed/A,B,C-open/A-closed;B-closed/A-open;B-closed;C-closed circuit options), which actually handles three separate standard On/Off-circuits that all normally default to the off/open-mode ! _ So-thus that regular key-switch itself is completely useless for the Electrix-ign.circuit.
____ I thought you were intending to retain use of the stock Monza-type key-switch Robert !?
__ How about soon addressing something still left unresponded-to within your other related thread !?
Hopeful-Cheers,
