top yoke for 250 motorans deluxe

Hi i'm looking for a top yoke that i can fit raised handle bars to my ducati.The deluxe has clip ons as standard and due to a back problem i dont think the riding position will do me any good, any suggestions where i can get a top yoke would be appreciated.
