Clutch basket bearings

Postby pear0 » Tue Aug 05, 2014 5:33 pm

I managed to remove the bearings from a clutch basket without damaging the basket (this time). I took the bearings to my local bearing guy and he couldn't find anything like it . Anyone know of a source for them? They are 42 x 20 x 8 mm. Thanks for any help. Tom

Well to answer my own question - I found them at Lacey Ducati in the UK.

Hi Tom

that bearing is a 16004 . with that number your bearing supplier should be able to find you those bearings

Which brings up the question -- do the bearings need to be open to allow the oil to flow through?
