Ducati NC Scrambler Tire Size

Hi Everyone,
I'm restoring a narrow case scrambler (nothing to look at yet, sorry no pics!), and am curious of the consensus on best tire and size to go with. My gut is telling me 3.25/19 front 3.50/19 rear (on WM2 Rims)....should I go bigger (3.50/4.00)? Duro make a nice looking K70 copy (HF319) in the sizes I was thinking. I want to keep the original Pirelli MT53 look, can't stand it when people put knobbies or trials tires on Scramblers! This will be a restored rider, not an all out show bike....Any thoughts?
