____ How about telling us a little more about that power-system you've got ?

" Now I need to find a super bright LED tail light solution. "

____ You mean such as can be found listed at one of the following links ? ...

There's near two-dozen workable choices to be picked from on those pages,, but considering that you're only interested in just the likely BRIGHTEST, that very-well reduces the choice to one of the 10-picks* listed here...

(the one with 68-LED.elements -[top-pic, below] is probably the brightest of all).
(* I pretty-much sorted-through all the workable choices and found only the 10-picks to be fairly worthy of consideration.)
__ If your headlight is only going to consume just 45-watts, then your choice for a bright taillight ought-not need be restricted to such low-power/LED.type light-bulbs !

Hopeful-Cheers,

Thanks Bob. Those look pretty impressive from and output standpoint. Appreciate the links.

LED.type Taillight-bulb Selections

Postby DewCatTea-Bob » Thu May 15, 2014 10:33 pm

" Appreciate the links. "

____ Those two links (which are still working), were unfortunately not the best-one...
I now see that even-though I've kept maintained an open browser-page to my shopping-kart with the 10 best-picks I had found, listed within,, sometime in the past 48-hours, the page-listing has become reset to "empty". _ So I've now replaced that single link (which I DID-have posted, but have since edited-out), to my established 'shopping-kart' page, rather with a list of the individual links to all 10-picks I had rounded-up into my kart-page. _ (Guess I should've known that THAT link/page wouldn't remain set as I had had it, [and the shopping-kart likely became reset for YOU when you opened that page with the link ?].)
No-problem though,, cuz since I've kept my browser opened to my established shopping-kart page, I still had the same kart-list to draw the 10-links from.
__ The only reason for any such concern, is that I had found that several searches which I had made at that w.site, would always find a search-result with a DIFFERENT listing of hit-results ! - (The two best of such, I posted.) _ And each & every search-result would find a mix of hits & misses which needed to be sorted-through & weeded. _ So rather than post links to pages with over 50% 'misses',, I picked-out the best 'hits' I had found from ALL my search-attempts and handily kept them sorted-out into that w.site's shopping-kart page.
I suppose if you did another search worded such as: 'brightest 1157 LED', (which I didn't think to try before), then YOU may find (found amongst all the 'misses') yet other 'hits' which you may find preferable to any of the 10-picks that I happened to come-up with. _ But then you'd probably have-to spend more time at it than I did, in order to find a hit which all my searching hadn't ever turned-up.
__ Before I did that searching a couple days ago, I didn't realize that there had become such an extensive selection at prices well less than half the price they were over a couple years back. _ Maybe if you contact that w.site's chat-department, you could ask about the possibility of buying single-units (instead of in pairs), and try-out more than one choice and tell us how they compare ?
In any case, how about letting us know which selections seem most suitable to YOU.
____ Here's something-else new...
Providing that your system has a battery, it would be no-problem to run with a brake-light that consumes any amount of power,, and-so the 1157 light-bulb of the following link, ought best alert other drivers of your presents ! ... www.leatherup.com/p/Cruiser-Motorcycle- ... MwodCzQACA
