Identification vintage gas tank

Postby brupp16 » Mon Sep 16, 2013 11:43 pm

Identification vintage gas tank. I have one seen one like this and they 1960's ducati gas tank. It's light blue or a silver and it has gold and black pinstriping. I know these tanks came on Sebring but came off is not a 350 and it a few years all earlier than the Sebring. Any help would be appreciated

This style of tank was installed on Sebring, Monza and Monza Junior. I've seen the Monzas in silver and Monza Juniors in black. 1966-on narrow case. There are also some pictures of early widecase models with this tank but that model may not have actually made it into production.

Monza Junior's used this style tank in late 1965, 1966 & 1967. 250 Monza's and 350 Sebring's used this style tank in 1966 & 1967.

Although its already been said I will re-iterate this is a monza/monza jr/sebring tank. They all have the same part #(s)
The only difference in the part numbers is the color
