Tach drive turns the wrong way?

Tach drive turns the wrong way?

I hooked up my new tach cable to my new Vaglia tach, on my newly polished tach drive. Start the bike up and the tack doesn't work. I determined that the Tach is spinning in the wrong direction. Looks like I have a tach drive for a 125? Any idea what other Ducati's use a reverse drive Tachometer?
