Condor/350 Mark 3 engine

I understand the 350 single is rated at about 30hp and the Swiss Condor was setup at 20 hp or less. Lower compression seems to be the main difference, with I assume different piston, camshaft, exhaust pipe and probably carburetor. Anybody have expierience on what it would take to build the Condor engine back to stock 350 levels? If it's just a matter of the items listed above, where could I find the parts or part numbers needed to make the changes?
