45 mm Exhaust pipe attaching nut ??

Does anyone know what model used a 45mm Exhaust nut ? I am only familiar with the 48mm ones, and according to the parts catalog a monza jr. 160 takes a 42mm nut. I have a very nice original one here, and no clue what its for or what i am going to do with it.
