In fact, I think I've got my identification a little wrong

. Altho' this model did apparently
originate as a bike for the police, it was also sold to the general public as a tourer under the name of the 450 T (or TS, depending on which cam was fitted). Like this one:

"Dotata di una estetica non proprio modernissima ..." (Endowed with not exactly the most modern of appearances ...). But it did at least come with 12 volt electrics (wooh!). Again according to Massimo Clarke, it met with no commercial success - so maybe the figure of 34 sold is correct ? - and was pulled off the market at the start of 1973.
