Michelin M45 tire source in USA?

I once bought a Michelin M45 2.75-18 tire from Road and Race in Australia 10 years back or so when the USD was twice the AUD. So even with shipping the price was still good.
Does anybody in the USA know of a stateside vendor who carries these tires?
