I wouldn't worry about devaluing it by making it streetable. A totally stock completly restored scrambler is worth $6,000 to $8,000. I would value yours at $2,000 - $3,000, the low end if the person could care less about the history of it. the high end if the person is really into it and likes it as is. either way it is probably worth more not less as a streetable bike. I would only worry about changing it so much as to loose its cool old look. it's not a factory Harley hill-climber from the 20's worth $100,000, so have fun with it
