" How worried should I be.... "
____ Not much.
" What should I be worried about? "
____ Getting the rest of it out.
__ You never mentioned how many leaf-springs were installed in your Duke-motor (before you went-in & installed your new ks.kit).
While the 4-speed versions employed only one leaf-spring, the (pre-66) 5-speeders came-stock with 2 springs. _ And it was a common-practice to install a third spring, whenever replacing bent/sprung leaf-springs. - (It's not an easy task to install more than three, as their mounting-bolt would then not fit-through them all [without some extra taskful fussing-around] ).
____ Firstly, I ought point-out that your combo-pic of three separate pictures (of the very-SAME single piece), combined into just one pic.post,, can possibly be confused as being just-merely ONE pic of three different objects, (without adding any note of clarification presented underneath your pic.post -[posted picture] ).
__ Anyhow, it takes somebody like myself (who can identify every single part from any [stock] OHC.Duke-model), to be able to tell you what this piece is (for sure)! ...
It's a piece of kick-starter leaf-spring, apparently busted-off from it's right-side pressure-arm, (as can be noted in the pix I've posted below). _ If I'm correct (as I believe), then you should find that your broken-piece fit's -('spoons') against the same section-area of the leaf-spring you had removed (when you installed your ks.kit).
