For grounding the motor, i attached a wire on the lug for the clutch.
I am not sure the connection motor-frame is reliable on my 350.

OK, but wouldn't it be neater to find a place under the selector box, out of sight?

Yes, it is not nice.
Was looking for a quick fix and only found this point without dismantling too much.
It can be done better, routing the wire horizontal or tied up to the bowden cable.
