You can reuse clips by reshaping them back, but if the circlips have lost their "spring" and don't snap snuggly into the groove, then replace them. Check they are in the groove well with an eye glass, if they are spinning around then they are to loose.....if in doubt replace.

Two forks are 4.4, while the last one is 4.2..looks good except for some marks. Would You change this one?

Probably not at 4.2mm, the front selector fork tends to wear more than the rear ones. I'd use it.

Good morning.
Taking advantage of this thread to raise a question about the number of teeth in narrow case 5-speed gearboxes.
According to what I have read in manuals and the gearboxes that I have, the Italians have
on the primary axle 17-22-26-29-31 and on Mototrans 18-23-26-29-31 and on the secondary axle both have 43-38-35-32-30.
But I have a primary axle that has 16-22-26-29-31.
My doubt is:
1. What benefit does this increase or decrease in the number of teeth on the first and second gears on the primary shaft have for engine performance?
2.Will the primary axis with 16-22-26-29-31 have the first and second gears shorter and therefore greater acceleration?
3. Would it have a sportier engine?
4.Which of the three models is better?

Greetings.
Moises.
