Hi, done a search and seen various posts about alternative gear levers and not really found an acceptable answer as i cant find another Ducati that uses a splined shaft these days.
So my question is has anyone tried one of these at 14mm splines??

Re: gear lever spline
Hi Ian,
I asked the same question here a while ago. There are cheap Chinese gear levers made to fit Ducatis, and I bought one, but it is very narrow and barely tightens on the splines. Luckily, I found a quality replacement, made by one of the specialist Italian companies, which I was lucky enough to win on eBay for about £20 in as-new condition.
Have a look on eBay for 'Ducati reversed gear lever' and see if you get lucky, unless you wish to spend about £60 for a new one.

Re: gear lever spline
There must be other gear levers that fit; if my local breaker's yard was still there I would have taken a Ducati splined shaft down there and gone through the box of gear levers and found one that fit.
