How to Post Photos?

I'm sure that this question has been asked before, but I can't find the answer. How does one attach photos to a message? Being an ancient Luddite has certain disadvantages.....

After clicking on "POST REPLY", you see two little tabs, left and below the text input field, "Options" and "Attachments". When you click "Attachmenta", a file selector box of your computer opens, where you can select the photo i.e. file. After a while, it has been uploaded, and you can place it into your reply text by clicking the "Place inline" button. A thumbnail of your photo will be placed at the present position of the cursor. Then click the "Preview" button to check the photo's lcation inside your text, and finally click "Submit".
