Hi all,
Really pleased to advise all who provided invaluable help and advice over the last few months that the baby desmo is once more alive and kicking (back!), got it fired up for the first time after nearly 26 years last night....first kick it gave me a nasty kick back, second kick and it was running as sweet as a nut, had it down the road for the first test run tonight and it is riding as well as it sounds......so looks like not very much to do to finish the job and get down to some hopefully trouble free and enjoyable miles, here are a couple of pics of the 99.9% finished article, thanks again to all who helped.
Cheers,
George

Very nice, had one of these in mid '70s, and raced it. Lovely bikes..
