Well, more works need to be done before I can use it. The right foot rest is too close to the EX pipe but it can be removed; the bigger issue is the vertical engine mounting tube, 0.153” from the EX pipe. I thought about un-bolting the engine and swing it to the right just a bit to clear the tool but it seems too much work. I have to chop off the tooth-ring to clear the gap.

Re: EX nut removal tool
Steve at Bevel Heaven is a lot more knowledgable about twins than singles. He has a gear gazer listed that he says fits all bevel singles. I pointed out to him years ago it won't fit the smaller bikes, it doesn't even have the right number of mounting bolts. I haven't checked recently but he hadn't changed the listing a year or two after we "talked" about it. Apparently from what I see here he doesn't consider the smaller bikes to be bevels? I dunno... in any case don't trust him to know what fits your bike.
I don't like the full circle tools for the exhaust nut. You have to remove the muffler to use it? What a PITA. Cut the tool down in my humble opinion...
As for a tool that fits all the singles, I wonder if you'd run into issues with the different pipe sizes? I don't know, it's just a thought. Would a tool with long enough "teeth" to use on a 160 interfere with the larger pipe on a 350? I know the tool I used on my 750 worked on my 250, but it did need to be tweaked a touch.
For the life of me I can't remember what I used on my 160!
