Howdy all! I have two questions as I am getting ready for some work on winter projects.
1. Is there a good source for the crankcase breather hose for the bevel singles other than going to a vintage Ducati dealer?
2. Has any other motorcycle mfg ever used the same kickstart splines as Ducati used on the bevel singles? I don't care if it is a left hand or right hand kick start lever I just want something that will fit the splines. I am trying to arrange a setup to clear some rearset foot pegs that does not involve going to folding pegs.
Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Re: Winter project questions
Your best bet is a Mach1 lever ,but then you will also have to build an easy starting motor or get good at bump starts . I haven't managed to do either so I have folding rests and a standard kickstart. But then I do expect to ride my bike regularly.

Re: Winter project questions
I have seen Morini kickstart levers fitted to Ducati singles, as they hinge out avoiding the footpegs.
The Spanish Ducati Vento has a kickstart lever that misses the footpeg.
Vento levers are hard to find, but the Ducati parallel twin lever can be modified with a bit of cutting and welding.
This is required as the parallel twin lever is fitted to the RHS of the bike.

This is an example of the Morini solution. Problem: Morini kick-start levers are even more expensive than Ducati ones ...

Re: Winter project questions
Ventodude, Jon Pegler,
Yeah that is the very thing I am looking for. Was kind of hoping that some Usual Japanese Motorcycle happened to have the same splines. Oh well!
I do have a complete set of Ducati rearsets for the Mark3-Mach1 but that setup does not work very well as BevelBob pointed out.
Any more suggestions would be appreciated.
