Narrowcase scrambler sprocket needed in Germany

A friend in Germany is looking for a rear sprocket for his 65 Scrambler, something in the range of 50-55-60 teeth.

The narrow-case Scramblers weren't sold in Germany so my friend's ability to source parts and spares is something of a large geographical challenge.
