Looking good Stan.
Your lucky to be able to find someone still doing cadmium plating over there, it's nearly impossible to get cad done in Australia now days.

Graeme, I consider myself very lucky.
I'm from New Jersey, formerly a major industrial state, where I believe there are no chrome platers at all. Within 40 miles of where I live in Ohio, there are two good shops that I have used, plus a world-class chromer near me. The two different cad platers that I have been using are only two miles from the Ducati/Triumph dealer where I work.
As far as machine work, there are hundreds of machine shops in Ohio, plus a vast supply of used machine tools on the market.
If you are a gear head, Ohio is a great place to be.

Did we talk?

I believe we did but, I apologize, I am horrible with names. The conversation covered a number of things including missing pieces compliments one vendor. Nice progress. Can't wait to see it finished and moving under its own power again.
