Re: regulator info

Is it the regulator you are trying to replace? The black brick that mounts on the frame under the front of the saddle? I don't know of any replacements for it. It's only got two "active" components (semiconductors) inside: two diodes. The rest of it is just wire windings on a common iron c...

Re: Noisy...??? 250 Monza

You might think about taking a cell phone video and posting it here or on YouTube with a link here as the audio track may help forum members make a better diagnosis.

Re: New to the forum and vintage Ducatis

Perhaps my slide or the carb body are too badly worn to ...

Re: New 350 owner/help ID a 66

My 250 had an issue wherein the kick start was not engaging with the rachet. Re: Ross Thompson Retired

Ross will be missed. I found out he would be retiring at the end of 2017 about 9 moths ago. I would have announced it but he was taking on no new work, just cleaning off his plate, so it was already too late to try and get something in to him Long ago I had bought a Mach 1 tank that looked good, but...

Re: Tech downloads not working?

Whith the year ending I am swamped with bookkeeping. If you need something in the short-term just PM me.

Re: Tech downloads not working?

Let me know what link you clicked on that didn’t work... I took out picture files associated with the long ago defunct Cool Iris viewer so as to lower our file count and get the forum working again. (See the "We are back!" post under "Announcements".) If I inadvertently deleted a...
