looks like a very early camshaft without the rollerbearing in the camshaft endcap

it is a stepped bigendpin . so you cant push the pin out from one side thru the other .
you have to support one cheek and press the cheeks apart.

Hi Graeme still has the 21 inch frontwheel . did a dry build first and took it for a spin around the block . did not wanne steer in very well and when i did it kinda fell into the corner . took it to a guy who does frame modifications . he cut of the headstock and welded it back on 3 degrees steeper...

Hi guys the Indian made tank arrived last monday . i fitted one to my RT and it looks pretty nice i ordered some aluminum seat trim from Amici Dello Scrambler and fitted that to http://i13.servimg.com/u/f13/14/40/18/75/450_rt10.jpg Eldert a update after 6 years ( cant believe its that long ago ) go...

GM made Desmo single camshafts for sure . mine has GM and DR stamped on it

i would like to know where the DR stands for . Desmo Racing would be to obvious .

Sorry, ….. but after looking at parts books (instead of parts-web sites), it looks like I'm supposed to have the 2mm washer beside the bearing for chain sprocket and then another 2mm beside the bearing for the clutch basket. (so each shaft has a heavy duty washer at one end for thrust?) Hi Jeff yes...

Hi Jeff

there should be a 2 mm shim between 5th gear and the bearing .
selectorfork should be 4.35 mm thick where it sits in the groove from the gear .

John Tickner's 125 is for sale for a long time . frame is some kind of gold color but is not the same as Chadwick's frame
